What are your wholesale terms?

Who can apply?

Medical spas, dermatology clinics, aesthetic and integrative practices, and curated retail. We also welcome wellness boutiques and gift retailers aligned with our clinical, intentional brand.

Do you provide product education for staff?

Yes. Approved partners receive a stockist welcome packet, product education sheets, and live or recorded training with Dr. MBK or our clinical team.

Do you offer tester sizes, samples, or backbar?

Trade tester sizes, samples, and backbar add-ons are evaluated case by case for accounts that order consistently. Let us know what you have in mind on your application or once your account is approved.

Do you provide marketing assets?

Yes. Approved partners receive a brand asset library including logos, product photography, lifestyle imagery, and pre-approved social copy aligned with our editorial voice.

What is your returns policy?

Damaged or defective products are replaced at no cost. Non-defective returns are reviewed case-by-case. Full policy provided on approval.
